A woman came into the exchange a couple weeks ago. She stated she wanted help and hadn't be able to get into treatment. Through our connections we have built I was able to make a call to someone at Woodhaven in Dayton and give this woman a live voice to talk to. She said that the man on the other end actually sounded like he cared. That to me means a lot. The woman was able to have her intake over the phone and set up with her appointment for Woodhaven to come pick her up for treatment.
