The Hamilton County Rent and Utility Relief Program is back! Hamilton County is now taking applications for rent and utility assistance for up to 12 months in past-due rent and utilities and/or three months in future rent for tenants who live in Hamilton County and who have a financial impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The County will pay rent and utility bills for households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. That means a single mother of two children making less than $61,500 per year could qualify for this funding.
Apply on 513Relief.org on your mobile device or desktop. The Hamilton County Rent and Utility Program’s application can be submitted on a smart phone.
Applicants who already received the full 15 months of rent assistance are no longer eligible to receive these funds.
Applicants can also call 513-946-1000 (Option 1) for status updates on their application.
Individuals 60+ or individuals who do not have internet access or access to a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, can call 211 and request to speak to a Care Coordinator or text 211CARES to 51555 to see if United Way 211 can help.
513Relief.org has COVID-Relief programs in one spot to assist Hamilton County families with the challenges they face from the pandemic including rent, utility, mortgage and property tax.
