About The C.A.R.E (Collaborations for Addictions, Recovery & Engagement) Program is a Peer Support program designed to provide intensive street outreach services to Hamilton County residents who are homeless or imminent risk of homelessness and suffer from a Substance Use Disorder and/or a Mental Health Illness and connect them to Peer Support and link them with Recovery and Treatment services and other supports necessary to support their Recovery and to end their homelessness. C.A.R.E Team is a unique Wellness Team within the Hamilton County Community located in OTR and is also designed for Community Outreach connecting with other services providers within the community to gain knowledge for these individuals that best fit their needs.
